Haluk Gurulkan has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, commercial, maritime, energy, banking and financial (including Islamic Finance) law related matters. Before establishing his own practice in 2011, he worked as an in-house legal counsel at a Turkish bank and international finance departments of two top-tier international law firms in Frankfurt am Main where he built both domestic and cross-border regulatory and transactional expertise.
Haluk has been providing a wide range of legal services to the clientele of the firm, which operate in a broad array of industries and sectors from finance to energy. Apart from that, he acted as a senior legal adviser to various Turkish banks for their overseas branches and operations for many years. He has a solid experience and a great amount of expertise in relation to the practical aspects of commercial and banking operations both in Türkiye and a number of other countries in the region.
Haluk was admitted to practice in Istanbul in 2002. He speaks Turkish and English.
